Try Before you Buy

At NRG Cycles we are totally committed to our sport and you, the customer.  To make sure you are 100% satisfied with the product you purchase we offer a program to test ride a selection of our dual suspension mountain bikes, taking the guess work out of buying.  This allows you to feel how the bike reacts to the trails you are going to ride, not the car park of our shop!

Dual suspension mountain bikes are all very different and to most, quite confusing.  We understand this and want to make sure you are completely confident when it comes to purchasing your bike, whether it’s for any of the endurance events, hammering down hills or to enjoy a healthy weekend with your friends.  No one bike will do everything so we want to help you find a bike that does what you need it to and with our range of 26 and 29’ers, cross country and all mountain bikes we know we will.

New to riding?

Love your bike but not sure how to look after it?  Maybe you just want to be able to get yourself out of trouble on the bike path whether it’s changing a tube, fixing a chain or cleaning your machine.  On an expression of interest basis we offer the chance to take a maintenance class for just $25 after hours in our professional workshop.

For those that are getting back into cycling and need a refresher on how to ride, or maybe you just need some more confidence on your new rig.  If you purchase any one of our bikes at full RRP Merv offers the chance for you to gain confidence and learn to ride better in up to four sessions; valued at $150.
